67-72 c10 Inner Roof Brace

Ok, I’ve got Maters Roof, Inner Roof, and drip rail support off and am preparing to dip her to treat the rust issues. Does anyone know of a source for a replacement inner roof brace. Mine are looking a little eaten up due to rats and mice that made it their home. Nothing from Dynacorn, AMD, or Goodmark are available. I know Dynacorn makes them for the 60-66 models. Has anyone had them fabbed up or know a source?

I am close to where you are with that a-pillar. I've been searching this forum and found bits and pieces but no direct replacement. Brothers has video on repair of roof panels and touches on pillar replacement.

I feel your pain. You would think someone would make them. At least the top supports could be welded on. I may have to get inventive and cut in a piece. Mine still have some meat on them. It’s just the ends getting thin.

From the pic, top of inner A-pillar needs replacement. I'm thinking to attach support bracing to keep proper alignment before anything else.

CharlieBo,

If you look closer the photos do show a brace from A to B Pillar in place. This is what we were referring to for a replacement top piece. Nobody makes an inner top roof brace independently. That is our quest.
