HELP Identifying spindles
I bought some spindles that I was told are 72 c10 spindles and I just bought new bearings and rotors for it. The bearings are to small for the spindles.

Re: HELP Identifying spindles
Can you post a pic of the spindle itself?

Re: HELP Identifying spindles
What bearings did you purchase? 71/72 spindles use A5 and A3 bearings. Also which rotor did you buy?

Re: HELP Identifying spindles
Maybe a 1 ton spindle, they use larger bearings then the A5/A3, if shaft diameter is around 1.63" then it's a 1 ton.

Re: HELP Identifying spindles
I have these same spindles on my truck but can't find them in any GM parts book or on GMpartswiki.com to verify what they are. The catalogs on GMpartswiki.com show different part numbers for the 2wd 71-72 series 10 spindles (knuckles).
Can any one verify what these spindles (part number 3969462) originally came on?
