Saw this truck today

Went to the museum at Talladega today, and they had this truck on display. Pretty cool looking.

Re: Saw this truck today

Thats an awesome truck. That front spoiler would fit my truck real nice. I'd love a copy of it... & do you think they had THOSE mirrors on for its run at the World's Fastest Closed Course Pickup?

Re: Saw this truck today

I wonder if the 427 is still under the hood? Figured it would of been an 8 lug too.

We wanted to do the library, but it was closed. Must be open only on weekdays.

Re: Saw this truck today

Thats interesting. I am curious, is there a museum that has all of the pace trucks that have been used in the Indy 500 and Daytona 500?

Now I know where the Corvette edition SS truck rumor came from.
Check out the Corvette crossflags.

Re: Saw this truck today

Cool truck, looks like it could be a easy clone with a little fiberglass under the bumper canvis over the long bed and some stickers on a yellow and white Cheyenne. Tirers, rims and keep the hood down if you don't have the right engine, cool.
