Ebay: '68 Gauge Panel w/ Gauges and bonus
This is not mine... I found this on Ebay. I had never seen the choke hole cover, kind of different.
Link... Title: 72 chevy truck -68 chevy CST dash -and instruments Condition: Used Description This is the instrument panel removed from a 68 CST with a BB. It is average but all gages worked. Their is a start of a crack on the left end screw on the bezel. This bezel has a rare piece, a GM emblem covering the chock hole and the nut that holds it in. This piece is in good condition.

That choke hole cover can be had on here. Just place a wtd. They pop up on here from time to time. Not all that rare.

My 68 has that choke hole cover, just like the one pictured on the ebay link. Those trucks that come with an automatic choke will have those dash plugs.
