It has a grant signature series steering wheel the horn button does not work it is the one that uses the wire to the button. It is wired in the column ok what is it missing to make it work? And how does it install?

Thanks

Does the realy work?
is there an actual horn under the hood?
Is the other end of that wire hooked into the canceling cam?

yes he gave me a plastic thing with a wire and said i was what I needed but I dont think it is right. The horn works when wheel is off and I touch the wheel and the cam thing.
