 KEV they look in good shape i didn't see any dings/dents and they are not chrome. i did notice they have a off set on 1 side i have never seen this before i am not sure why they are like that. maybe you are someone else knows why they are like that.

They will polish beautiful.I have several sets and I use mothers but any decent aluminum polish will do.the notches in the rail are to clear the runner on high rise after market intakes that are thicker than stock.Only 1 side of each is notched and this is the intake side.also sometimes when the head are surfaced or decked the intake will sit higher relative to the head.The head is actually closer to the deck.I have had to double the valve cover gaskets when using older 300hp heads that have been reworked more than once and had excess material removed.very good price bill.good deal for someone.
