Cool 86 Custom Deluxe Front end rebuild with lift spindles

well im coming home for the summer and im going to install my "long travel" lift kit. its been sitting on the shelf too long.

Im using:
  • 1988-1998 4" lift spiindles
  • 73-87 3/4 ton lower control arm

this is what my 4" lift spindle looks like compared to a stock 88-98 spindle.

my reason for doing this is mainly because my truck sounds like a bucket of bolts every time i hit a bump and its just embarrassing, and the 33x12.5 BF Goodrich Mud Terrains rub every big bump i hit.

Im also putting a new idler arm as it is worn out. and possibly change out the tie rods if they are worn and my budget allows haha.

im sure some of yall have seen Dinos63 66 pre runner style truck, he is where i originally got this idea from.
