Looking for the connector on the sending unit of a 1969 in cab gas tank.

Re: WTB Fuel Sending Unit Pigtail

Will look tomorrow and get back to you. Thinking I still have an entire wire assembly from the tank to the fuse / power box on the inner firewall from a '70.

Re: WTB Fuel Sending Unit Pigtail

Found the sending unit wire from the '70. Bit different connector but think it would work or splice to your existing wire. Let me know if interested, $10 shipped. Do not have Paypal, money order or $$.

Re: WTB Fuel Sending Unit Pigtail

Pics of the fuel sending unit wire I have. The connector clip is a bit different than the rounded one you show but think it will work. Far as I can remember all the sending units I have seen use a post type stud at the sending unit body. The one I have just sits firmly on the stud when pushed on and into place. Or could also cut and splice to your existing wire connector end. The ohms resistance is built into the sending unit, not the lead wire. Let me know if it will work for you.

Re: WTB Fuel Sending Unit Pigtail

In case anyone is curious, I found the pigtail I was looking for at The Repair Connector Store and it fits perfect. Its a DELCO Alternator R Relay Pin pigtail, PN RC350J. It was $9.00 plus $4.00 for shipping.
