cab swap

I have a '86 4x4 4 speed. The cab needs work, I want to replace the cab. I have a line on a 2wd cab.Does any one know how much higher the 4x4 cab hump is than the 2wd. I think '83 and older the humps unbolt. I think The cab I can get is an '86 to. Any ideas or sugestions.

I am swapping one soon on my 84 4wd. I cut out the trans tunnel section from a donor 86 4wd cab, and I am going to weld it into my 89 2wd cab. If that makes any sense. I also think you can do a small body lift to take care of the diff, I am not a fan of those however.
