gsfmech,... I love your '72. It is soooo clean. I gotta ask about the side mirrors. In one pic it looks like you have the "sport" mirrors,... in another it look like the slightly bigger 3-arm mount stlyle mirrors. Either way,... your truck is Sweet! (actually the '65 is cool too!)

Sharp eye lolife, The wide mirrors were stock on it, but I put the sport mirrors on it. The photo with the wide mirrors is probably 3-4 years old right after I lowered it. It looks better in the photos than it really is. The truck was all stock (74000 miles) when I bought it except that it had 2 repaints and they never even pulled the trim off to paint it. It was a highlander but the seat was ratty so I redid it. Since then I have added factory buckets and console. I have no way to take new photos as I'm at work overseas for the next 3 weeks. I am getting ready to tear it down, fix the usual rust and repaint it this winter. I have all new trim for it too. The 65 is really nice. You are feasting your eyes on the original paint. It has a stock 67,275 HP 327, 700R4, 72 tilt, factory air, tach, converted to 5 lug,ECE4/6 drop, and 72 PDB, aluminum grill, and a lot of other stuff. The body is perfect on it. 65sreetcruiser owns it. Thanks for all the comments everyone,
Mike

Original paint? Wow. That's unbelievable!
I got a chance to meet these guys and see the '72 this weekend, and they are definately a assett to the board with alot of knowledge and history with old iron. Super nice people, too. Love the '72. That's my kind of truck! I'll have to make a trip down to see that '65 sometime.
