bulb questions...

hey guys,
is there a way to get or find a list of the bulb numbers that we use in our trucks? i am not sure what the bulb number is that i need for my turn signal in my bumper. if i remember the number for our tail lights is 1157? anyways i thought i would see what all you guys know!

1157 for the front too. I was never more happy when they invented the long life bulb. They last forever.(or so it seems)

Backup light is 1156.

light bulbs and a whole lot more is included in the factory service manuals available from most if not all vendors as a reprint price about $25+shipping

I use 2057 bulbs for my brakelights- they're alot brighter.

Per Phillips Lamp Spec's:-.... #1157 -- 32.0 / 3.0 Candle Power
#2057 -- 32.0 / 2.0 " "
#2357 -- 40.0 / 3.0 " "

Brad, it appears that the #2057 is actually same light ouput on brake/turn application and 1/3 less output on tail lite application.

The # 2357 is considerably brighter than the other 2 numbers ( 40 c.p vs. 32c.p ) Maybe you have the #2357 ?????

Looked at the list of bulbs, so what bulb fits the gear select? Looks pretty tough to get out also?

no bulb its a fiberoptic from one of the dashlights/on nontilt column

thanks!! i kinda like the idea of the brighter bulb (2357) i guess you can get that at the local autohouse?? i am going to replace all my bulbs this weekend...
