took the mesurements from a catologue i have and this is the end result, just have to get gas door and cut hole in wood.

Nice job. Where did you get the measurements? I'm looking to do my own tank also. What thickness and grade aluminum did you use? need Info.

sent you a pm where i got measurements. usually if bending alum its H-32 OR 5052 I do believe. based on the gauge number listed we calculated at 1/8" thick.

What is the cost? And how long does it take? And do you have to have a TIG welder?
