steering help 65 c10

I have a 65 c10 that I converted to disks from a 73 . 73 drop spindles and used the 73 outer tie rod. Now I want to keep the 65 steering so the geometry dosent change. Ive read about the adapter sleeve but I can't find it anyone have any ideas or other options thanks

POL, performanceonline.com , has them: part number is >> HPAS6370 <<.

i did the same to my 65 and used all the newer stuff and all i had to do was drill new holes from the idler and the pitman arm bolted right on to the 65 gearbox

This is what I always recommend.....except you have to use the '65 pitman arm.
