Angry Shipping and Handling

You all do a lot of mail order buying of parts, I know since I started working on my truck, I have done a lot more...

My question is if you order a complete set of brake lines, and the rubber brake hoses from a company, and they shipped the brake lines, and had to back order the hoses, would you expect to pay shipping and handling for the backordered items. Just seems to me that I ordered everything at once and due to there inventory problem, I have to pay more!!!

Just venting.

So far I have always been quoted a shipping price whether it comes together or from multiple places. There is alot of drop shipping. You should be quoted up front from a dealer. (I think)

i too would think that you should pay the same price as if everything was sent at the same time. i'd call the company and ask to talk to the customer service dept and politely explain your position

It's not your fault that they didn't have the items in stock.
