Re: door hinge bolts
You might try your local body shop. Or classic heart beat or teeitup should have some.

Re: door hinge bolts
When I was doing body work on my truck, I purchased new bolts from northlandfastners.com. Their bolts were as close to OEM as I could find.

Re: door hinge bolts
7\8" long. I wonder what grade they are? I'm pretty sure that the hinge bolts have hardened washers and a conical face. Curious if they will hold.
Great find though, I haven't been able to find anything. |

Re: door hinge bolts
Body bolts are probably a grade 5 or maybe 3. I was not sure about the length

Re: door hinge bolts
They are 1-1/8"
I guess they call the washers belleville washers. I'm thinking about ordering these. They are only 3/4" wide but its better than nothing. Equal to a grade 5 Still thinking about the bolts, might go with a button head. Amazon.com: Stainless Steel 302 Belleville... Ended up ordering 12 point bolts, and the belleville washers http://www.drillspot.com/products/37...Head_Cap_Screw I don't think that anybody has the stock ones Last edited by Kokomoooo; 01-14-2011 at 11:13 PM. Re: door hinge bolts
I bought bolts and washers at TSC. I'm not building a nut and bolt correct truck, though. When I do,I get original used ones and clean them up. Nothing says original like original.

Re: door hinge bolts
They work fine and the price was only abot $12, I orderd 24 instead of 12 so if I mess the paint up on the heads when installing, I'll have some extra.

Re: door hinge bolts
Has anyone ordered door hinge bolts from LMC? They look correct in the illustration below and it says they are an LMC exclusive.
