cool enough for you?
I live in a cool enough climate to where I'll never need to use my air conditioner in my 1971 Chevy truck.
Would it be cost efficient for me to disconnect it? |

Do you ever need the defroster? If not, then remove it all together nicely and you can sell it for good money to someone I'm sure...plus have a lot more room in your engine bay. Do you ever need heat?

you probably need a new heater core.
Might be able to find someone willing to swap out a non-a/c setup for an a/c plus cash on their end but the firewall is also slightly different...
