Dimmer Switch Screws

Does anyone know what size the pan head screws are that hold the dimmer switch? The PO broke the screws off then drilled them out, etc, etc. I want to go back with the original size hardware.

Also. on the backing plate are there nuts welded on or is it just tapped? Thanks.

Mounts using two #3 phillips panhead screws with integrated star washers. The screw threads are 1/4-20 x 7/16.

The RH screw mounts a rubber-coated J-clip wire retainer. This retains the wires routed to the rear cab, for the dome and fuel tank sender.

The backing plate itself is tapped, and the plate is welded on.
