68-72 SWB Fleetside bed side

I just picked this bed side up from a body shop that went out of business. it looks pretty straight to me. I am not sure whether or not there is any filler or not. I will do a little checking with a magnet as time permits. No signs of major rust. (This part came from a Central Texas shop.) It looks pretty straight to me, but has a hole that needs welding up almost dead center over the wheel well, and a split (?) under the taillight. The stake holes have been filled. I have no idea if this came off a truck that was being worked on, or was going on a truck.$300 I prefer local pickup, but if you are willing to pay for a crate and crate fee (+ shipping), I will ship.
