Can 67-72 painted hubcaps be stripped to look like the stainless?
I was wondering if the painted dog dish hubcaps can be stripped and then shined up or are they actually different - like the painted are just steel?
I know it's only a dumb question when you don't know the answer. I am sure they are different, but just asking..... Matt
