Identifying rear ends.
Is there a plate somewhere on the rearend or dif that tells me the gear ratio?

It may have a tag attached, but they are usually gone by now.

ok, thanks. Would a high-geared posi-trak out of a 57 Belair work well in my truck. I have a powerglide but will be getting a 700r4.
