my new to me 64chevy new pics of bed for truck

well i finally got me one to start with for now working on a 66 long bed an a big window cab for it. but here are so pics of my 64 chevy i picked up in nc this morning. let me tell ya the weather was horrible this morning rain an high winds but i traded my 87 k5 jimmy for this 64 chevy pickup tell me what yall think im the third owner. even came with owners manual an owner protection plan an spec sheet

Looks like a good truck to work with. It isn't very often you get all the documents with a truck this old. What are your plans with it?

i plan to fix the body pretty much back stock with a blue body an white top. then im going to bag it an put 18 on front an 20s on back but the rims will be a little while. going to switch to 5 lug suspensions maybe next week an a set of 15x8 an 15x10 truck rallys with some tall derby caps off a camaro rally with wide beauty bands.

oh yeah it will be here it killed me to have to wait three weeks before i could get it but its mine now all mine hahaha. hopefully i will have a few things done by time you get here

aint to bad but bed is about shot considering buying another bed but have to find good one first. i will pull the rubber mat out an get some pics of what floor looks like. i bought a big window cab from a fellow member in ga considering putting it on this truck instead of the 66 long bed. if i do that i will put this cab on the 66 an keep it pretty much all original except susp. an you know how that will be taken care of

31x10.50 the are leaveing for a shorter tire on a set of 5 lug truck rally wheels wit tall derby style camaro centers. air bags in store drop spindles chopped cross member disc brakes an probly a rocker dragging stance. an maybe a rack an pinion steering an maybe some hydro boost brakes

got a hood today an a set of marker light trim for the hood also. got the moldings for 5 an the hood was giving to me by a ford man aint that something. plus he has a set of fenders for my truck that are better than mine for 50. an the doors off of the truck with the turqouis bed for 200 an cowel panel an cowel filler off turqouis truck for 25. so im steadly hunting up parts should about have everything i need. big window cab shortbed fenders doors hood now if i can just get my air bags i payed for i will be about set. could use a 700r4 trans. will try to get pics up maybe later.

Well got my 6lug rotors for my disc conv for the front an a captain fab power steering adapter. An I got the upper a arms blasted today an por15 them will paint an assemble the uppers with new bushings an ball joints with 3" drop spindles an. Air bags . The. I need to pull motor out to put freeze plugs in an hopefully add a 700r4 to it . I have a buddy with a body shop an he said as long as I pay for sand that I can blast my frame so I'm going to pull everything off the frame an blast an por 15 it an paint with some flat black paint
