Protecting you driveway

I am going to be parking my truck that leaks transmission fluid on a driveway that I don't want to mess up. What is the best way to protect the driveway? Before anyone says it. I will do all I can to stop it from leaking first but this is a precautionary measure. It is not my driveway so I want to do all I can to keep it from getting messed up.

Lots of card board. lol Kitty litter does a good job of soaking up fluids as well.

Re: Protecting you driveway

I bought some of these to leave under my trucks to protect my new shop floor.
I've been pleased with them so far.

Big oil pan.. Best bargain will be a concrete mixing tub from Lowes or Home Depot for under 6 bucks! Use them all the time at the shop from work..

Re: Protecting you driveway

I use a rubber floor mat that went behind the seat of my old truck. It curves up on the sides and has done pretty good under many cars I drug home.

I've seen guys use sheets of plywood. It won't blow in the wind like a cookie sheet will

Re: Protecting you driveway

I get a piece of painters plastic. Then go to your local carpet store and get old carpet from a replacement job. Lay the carpet on top of the painters plastic. The carpet will absorb the fluid.

These^, plus a couple of bricks in the bottom, if your parked outside, and have the winds like we do. Works good.
