Re: Apaches Rule

Welcome

I see you have a turquoise truck painted red. It seems that GM sold all the turquoise trucks to people that wanted red. It’s about the 10th 58 59 I've seen that way, mine included.

Re: Apaches Rule

Main was turquoise, then blue, then grey rattle can primer, then black rattle can primer. I have no idea what color it will end up. It sucks when you don't have a favorite color.

Anyway nice project its in much better shape than mine is in.

Good luck with it.

Re: Apaches Rule

I'm telling you they must have all been turquoise. I will say I have seen one grey from the factory. it was a grey utility truck that some one painted red.

Re: Apaches Rule

Gump is good people!

I think 2 of the 3 trucks that make mine were turquoise. The cab "my truck" was that military green as far as I can tell. All the other parts now are from other trucks all of which are turquoise under thier current colors.

Good to hear you got some progress done! All I've done is get a DA sander from Harbor Freight. BTW, I'll probably be calling you around 3 or 4 this afternoon about what we had talked about....
