is this a 307,327 or a 350 ? please help

ok so i have a few casting numbers please help me out..
crank # 3911001
front left of the block 781122502 VII29HF
block casting # back right 3914678

can you tell from this or do i have to measure the stroke?
i was told its a 327 but i dont see the valve at the back of the block like the 383 has, i have a 283 so i looked. also the web or ridge isnt on the front left ....so what more do i need to know what ive got???


if it is a 327.... then i have a 283,327,350 and im looking to build a motor for my 51 bel air ...i would love to have it good on gas and i really like the sound of a lumpy cam ..Big Muthr Thumpr.. can i have both?? what should i build for this car ..ive never built a motor and i think its about time ,thanx for all the help.. and let me know if i can help by looking for more casting numbers..all the sites i look at say its one of the 2 but i want to know if it is a 327
