intank fuel pump for LS engine

What would be a complete pump assembly with a 30-0 ohm fuel gauge sender unit for in a fuel cell about 10" deep for a 4.8 vortec? Don't need anything fancy, just what it would have had from the factory. I guess you can cut the rods and make them whatever length you want, so that isn't real important. Sure would make things simpler if it was all in one unit. I already have the gauges so I would like to have one to match. Do you use an aftermarket unit or would some OEM units work?

Re: intank fuel pump for LS engine

check ebay. My dad picked up the one for our 53' for a very reasonable price. 17 gallon aluminum fuel cell with sending unit etc I think was in the neighborhood of $170? its been over a year though now and my memory is a little foggy but thats right in the neighborhood of what it cost I believe.

X2 on TanksInc. I'm using their tank, pump and sender. Most of the senders and pumps have a standard flange so they will fit lots of aftermarket tanks and fuel cells. The pumps are adjustable for depth just like the sender arms so you shouldn't have a problem if you already have the fuel cell.
