Rear brakes

Just rebuilt my complete rear end including brakes. Rear end gears are great but I want to ask you guys about the brakes. The rear brakes are adjusted so they slightly rub when turning by hand, but they are getting the drums a little hot when I drive for a few miles. I checked the drums with a handheld infrared temp gauge and they are about 180 to 200 degrees. What is normal for these type of brakes. Truck stops great. Thanks for you help
