Looking for Master cylinder Recommendations

Looks like both the mc and combination valve are leaking, going to have yo be replaced, so Im looking for recommendations on a direct fit combo that can be used with the original booster. What have you used that works great. Thanks in advance

Assuming you have no pans to change from current layout to say disc/drums or disc/disc...most economical route is stock parts...

I use Rockauto a lot for stock stuff...great prices and excellent delivery times...

Make sure all your bleed nipples are able to be opened...rusted shut nipples area a PITA when all you want to do is bleed a new system.

Bench blled to new master cyl...also, I try and not buy recon stuff...usually not worth the risks...

Yes plan on sticking with disc/drum set up, I did replaced all the brake lines, reason for asking is because the truck has an 6.2 in it.

Purchased it with a swap, 6.2 with a 6l80.

I personally would not buy a rebuilt master cylinder from the big box stores like Auto Zone, Advance, etc. I've replaced two in the past couple of years and had to return rebuilt units and buy new ones.

IMHO.......Do NOT spend hard earned money on cheap cr#p for brake parts.This is the one place on your ride you should NOT cheap out on. You and your families lives may depend on them someday. Do your research, pick a brand and then ask the fellas here what they think? We'll let you know if it's junk or not. It's the way we roll. Were also happy to help with instillation questions. By the way, at a 120mph my brand new factory brake system hauls my ride back down to a stop quite nicely. Have a safe journey.
