exhaust

I put on some shorty headers and I want to run the exhaust as close to the cab as I can for when I lower it. My question is how do you guys get the pipes past the shifting linkage and still keep your exhaust close to the cab. Any suggestions or pictures will help, Thanks

Re: exhaust

I put a Lokar shifter linkage in mine, it's just a straight rod that you bend to fit around the exhaust. Not a very good picture but it's all I had on my computer.
