3 x 1 synchro anyone?

Hello forum. Just put this jumbled nightmare together and its running but I have no idea how to tune this mess in properly. Does anyone have any advice for the shade tree mechanic on how to do this? Right now, I have tried to with simply a screwdriver and guessing to completely equal all these guys together as far as throttle and idle goes. Even though this is a progressive linkage system, I wonder if the outboards would need a little more or little less throttle or idle to even out the spread. I have no idea and any help would be greatly appreciated. And I dont really find inliners.org very appeasing. Its hard to navigate that site and I am still waiting for a response from anyone there when I did the T5 conversion months ago...
Oh yeah, one more thing I think would make ultra improvement would be to drop the uneven split exhaust and run headers. Any suggestions for what type of muffler?
Anyways thanks in advance!

I love the look of your set up, but can ofer you no advice, sorry . I did a quick google search, and found some good info on the stovebolt.com site titled " 3 aces on a 235 ", and another good one on trifive.com titled " offenhauser intake manifoldon at blue flame 6 ". Sorry I dont know how to post links, but they pull up easy on google. Might also check out this guy:http://www.stoveboltengineco.com/
