Super clean truck! I really like the AC unit, 2 knobs and one vent.

The only things missing to make it perfect is a lil woodgrain and a headliner!

Re: Nice C50 cruiser

That fuels the fire I have for one, my plan is- 454T400[ or 5 speed overdrive from a hd3500] Tilt steering disc brakes 19.5 wheels w/simulators. Long truck bed with fenders cut and swaped sides from the extra front fenders[ to match the front wheel hump] full lenth running boards and remove some spring to lower the truck and soften the ride cause it hauling would be done.I have gone as far as starting a collection of parts I have the extra fenders and hood, 454t400 tilt [for column shift and a smooth one for floor shift] I allready have the disc brake front axle and the 19.5 wheels with new tires and the chrome simulators. I have a truck spotted just have togo get it done, but it is so hard as I have about 5 wrecks and 4 projects on the list allready. Jim

What is the disk brake front axle out of? I have a 68 c50 that I am working on and the drum brakes are toast. I'd WAY rather have disks up front.

Re: Nice C50 cruiser

I have purchased a p30 motorhome chassisand it has disc brakes you can replace the drums with discs by changing the spindles by way of the king pins. I have found several guys who have done it found the m on the internet, don't know what all is involved but it can be done without braeking the bank

Re: Nice C50 cruiser

Yes indeedy! That sure is a nice one. You won't find many like that. Any true 67-72 truck collector would want one like this in the corral.
