Course it could use a front bumper . . . I swear I'm working on that issue!

And then, here's my buddy's C30 converted to 4wd. Gotta love duallies!

Oh, btw, they both are getting Dana 60 front axle upgrades this winter

YJ...would you have any close up photos of your flatbed design? especially of the cross bracing, frame mounting, and goose hitch. would you be opposed to anyone coping your design a bit? im currently penciling a design that sits as low to the frame as possible and will accomidate a blazer tank underneath, wheel wells and a hide away goose hitch. just need ideas. thanks -steve

'67 C/30 with the rare NAPCO 4wd Conversion-Owned by a board member..Stock K/30s didn't exist in the '67-'72 era,but this one would be worthy enough for the K/30 title.

A '67-72' (Don't know how to I.D. the C/40-C/60s) GMC Converted to 4wd with NAPCO conversion.It looks to have a big block due to the vents in the hood.I'd love to own either,but really would like to have the GMC

Mine was built by Bradtech, a local company that went under. Here is a link to more pics and I would be happy to get you any more pics and/or measurements. I haven't used the gooseneck hitch yet, but nice to have it available. Linky

cab and chassis rear ends typically.

That`s right.And,on that truck the wheelhouses were widened.The cab & chassis rear is narrow with under 4' between the tires.The rubber fender lips take care of the outside coverage.I wanted to buy that so bad.I would have traded both my 3/4ts for it.

I remember a few years back a member building a tiltbed/rollback 69-72 out of a motorhome chassis. Anyone else remember this? I never seen it completed. Would be a good one for this post.

Here is a pic of some widened wheel houses........not installed yet.

Here's my dually. I started taking it back apart and I hope to get it painted after Christmas. The last 2 are few photoshopped versions of what it will look like completed. I haven't completely decided which way to go yet!

That was Bisquik's truck. He had some issues involved selling some items and is no longer a member. I would love to see if he completed that truck though.

Here's a few pics of my 1 ton dually, the rear in it is a 14 bolt SRW with DRW studs which makes it about 4" wider than a cab and chassis rear. I have a set of cab and chassis hubs that can be switched over in a matter of a few hours and tuck the tires in 2" more per side which I may end up doing if I go with 22.5 rims.
I have already converted this rear over to the big 13" drums which are massive!!, better than a rear disc setup for stopping power. Also included a pic of the widened wheel tubs.

Dude, where have you been hiding this beaut?!?!? Killer truck! Did you do the cab extension? if not is it original? Do you have a post on this truck yet? (hint..)

Yep, Blazerman's dually is incredible, I drool heavily each time I see it. Course I do that when I see Joesjunk's sweet flatbed too. Maybe I have a problem

Yeah, there are several dually's that I have kept an eye on thru this board, but that one was new to me. I'm guessing I'll end up on that path someday as much as I enjoy seeing what others have done with them, and am looking for a good 5th wheel travel trailer/toy hauler. Guess I need to hang on to the step fenders I got for a while...
