72 rear cpp sway bar kit

Was gonna mount this tonight, but got to thinking maybe not. Am doing a frome-off resto and there is no weight on the coils at the moment. Will This affect the location of the rear mounts to the trailing arms?

Cool Re: 72 rear cpp sway bar kit

According to what I have read on it over in the suspensions threads you want the bar as horizonal as you can get it. So with the bed off yes it may not be perfect but once the bed is back on it should be close. It will be a lot easier to install now with the bed off though in my opinion.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

That was my thinking also(EASIER). Think maybe I'll ratchet strap the axle up to the frame a bit to replicate some load on it.
