Waking Sleeping Beauty...

I've got a few questions about the steps to revive the truck when i bring it out of storage. I did take the battery out, should i give it a charge before I put it back in? I guess because this is the first time I have stored it, I'm under the impression that once I put it to sleep it won't just wake up and pur like a kitten. Just wanna know if you guys have a few tips of things that should be done before I crank it over.

Weather is gettin nice so I wanna get it out, so I can change the some fluids and stuff before I drive it daily. I think I may need to get new seals for the front 4x4 hubs. Does anyone know how much this might cost to repair?

Thanks

Brian

wake up call

I always make sure the battery is good, then i crank it over a few times to get some oil moving, then a touch of gas in the carb and it should go! I know what you mean about the weather, it was 80 degrees in northern minnesota today!

You may have moisture built up also.

Don't be surprised if you get the spit and sputter.
