WTB: Piles of OEM nuts, bolts, screws, clips, clamps...

Anyone with a pile(s) of OEM nuts and bolts and other hardware collecting dust and willing to part with please let me know.

Looking for enough to stuff into flat rate boxes. Curious what all is out there. Thanks, Pete

Be careful, I see one metric bolt in that pile.

Lol! Missed that one. You know though odd thing is the acorn nuts for camper and below eyeline mirror arms are a metric size. Weird.

Have at least one big flat rate box full. Mostly fender bolts if you are interested.

Jimmy I'll absolutely pass along my spares. I want to ensure that I have what I need ready to go once reassembly begins on the blue blazer and some bolts/hardware to update the k20. I'd like to put some life back in any original unused bolts and hardware that would otherwise gather dust.

Once the blazer is done I intend to clear the shelves of any parts beyond those that are prone to break with repeated use. I don't expect to build another truck and having too many parts lying around fuels the temptation to keep building.

I HAD old coffee cans full of the different bolts from these ole trucks...someone has BORROWED them all. I did need some door bolts, and a great forum member helped me out. It is nice to have a few on hand

That temptation you speak of will not go away when the spare parts are gone... It only takes a car show, a quick glance at CL or eBay and the game begins again

Pete,
Do you want a large FRB or a medium! I can send you some if there's anything in particular you need. I have them all separated in divided plastic Stanley totes.
Let me know...

Thanks guys. I'm definitely interested. Let me know what you need for the piles shipped and I'll square up. Mike, a medium would prob work well - frame clips, engine bolts, and small or small-ish screws/bolts would be great.

Ill pay it forward with leftovers once done with the blazer build.

Pete

I don't understand Pete. You advertised for a pile, you showed a picture of a pile, and all you are getting is buckets, bags and boxes.

Oh well, at least you're back at the top.

I was thinking I'm kinda odd for reusing/replating the OEM bolts etc. as a lot folks seem to go with new replacement pieces. I've tried to catalog many of the examples I've removed from my project blazer to help the reassembly process: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=708547 and to share some "nut knowledge".

I wasn't as meticulous with the k20 so wanted to tighten that one up after the blazer is running and driving. I'll have spares to share I'm sure.

Sorry this post is old but the acorn nuts are metric?? Do you recall the size of the acorn nuts? I'm trying to collect a set of stainless washers/acorn nuts to restore my mirrors. Lmk if you do.

Thanks
