what are a good looking five spoke rim that I can get for a six bolt pattern?

Board member PKJ put some modified '07 Tahoe 20's on his and I think they look killer...Maybe he can fill in some details on the mods req'd...

when you look for 6 lug rims, look in the 4X4 section of the catalogs. If you put 85 K/5 in as a search, you'll get wheels that'll clear disk brakes, and have the right size hole for the hub.

Those are sweet look'n on there

I saw these on a truck drive'n down the road one day, I thought they looked good (the truck was a 67-72 & the wheels are Silverado SS wheels)

I just did a google img. search for these pics

as you can see in the pic, i have those mounted to the original drum brakes.
the fronts use a 6 lug to 6 lug 1 1/4 inch adapter. the adapter is needed mostly to get the con-cave center cap to clear hub. i feel that the 1 1/4 adapter is a little to much. i will not be able to lower much more with that tall tire on it. when i switch to disk brakes no adapter will be needed. the rear uses a 2 inch adapter, that gives a perfect backspace. note 68 rearends are narrow by 1 inch on each side.

68 rearends are narrower by 1 inch on each side compaired to what??? I m going to guess and say 71 or 72 rearends because of the change to 5 lug? Thanks, Jim

i believe its the 67 and 68 only that have the narrow rear. maybe someone can chime in on this.

67 - early 70 rears are narrower by 3/8 inch on each side.

57 1/2 inches verses 56 inches.
It's actually 3/4 inch per side. My mistake. Glad I pulled out my notes to confirm it.
