can't speak for up north but it seems like all the frame swap/ front clip projects in my neck of the woods are Bill of Sale only. May need 2 years just to sort out the paper work...not to mention having to correct the design/direction the PO went in...
What seems easy may easily turn into a PITA real quick...just some random thoughts and good luck!
