Removing Screw In Stud

I have a Blueprint engine 355 and one of the screw in studs in the aluminum head broke off when unscrewing the nut so I could change the rocker arms. Engine has 800 miles on it. Question is is it ok to just unscrew the screw in stud and replace it? I don’t want to ruin a new head and not sure if thread locker was used or not. I did notify them but haven’t heard back yet.
