Tag lights mandatory for my 68?
are tag lights mandatory for my 68? i dont have a rear bumper either, but i think thats not illegal.

That's going to vary by locality.
Best to check with your local DMV or tag office on that one.

for trucks that did not come with the rear bumper option they were equipped with a taglight in the plate holder
i do believe taglights are federally mandated by 68

bumpers not required per federal law, but it seems some areas ignore that and ticket you for it (going by some of the posts on here)
However, a light for the rear plate was already required by then, bumper or not. |
