Sound deadening
Has anyone used spray in coating on roof and side walls on a panel ? If so what are your thoughts good idea or best to use sticky sheets of deadener?

im not sure the cost of the spray in but i went with kilmat off amazon..its a nice cheaper alternative dynamat. some people even spray over it for double insulation. my truck isnt completely sealed yet so not sure how well it blocks heat. BUT i will be using these same sheets for the roof along with a home made headliner somewhere down the line. anything HAS to be better than nothing
