Which door panels with power windows?

What door panels are you guys using with A1 power windows? I bought a set of ABS panels last May before I decided on going with power windows, but they have the round raised portion where the window crank would go.
The switches I got from A1 are not large enough to cover the raised sections and would look terrible if I tried to cut them to fit.

I prefer ones I can just bolt on without having to recover the old ones. The original panels were the 71 Cheyenne with woodgrain, but I am trying to find something that will work that look a little simpler without all the busy embossed scrolling like the originals had.

Thanks for any help.

You could consider buying those power window switches that look like the window cranks.

I did consider that, but I noticed they don't come with wiring. So, Im not sure how you would wire them up. I also read that you need to slot holes in the door for them to work. A1did say they would take the switches I now back if they don't fit the panels, but I would prefer getting panels they will work with.

They have wiring kits for the window crank style switch. The only drawback is you can't control the passenger side from the driver side. That's still most likely your best bet.
