Re: anybody got this chrome radiator cover?

i am running one......But at the moment my truck is in a thousand pieces .......It fit fine though........A little weak as far as (other) people putting their arms on it ............It tended to move or bow some.....Easy fix when that happened............Tony

Re: anybody got this chrome radiator cover?

I have one for my truck. I thought the fit was very good. Have the front side bolted to the rad core, and the rear side is bolted to my fan shroud. Here's some pics.

Re: anybody got this chrome radiator cover?

Does that take the place of the two brackets that hold the Rad in place and the shroud tight. Looks like it does?
Thanks
Ron

Re: anybody got this chrome radiator cover?

Yes it does. Had to use nut-serts to bolt the cover to the shroud. Works great and looks good. ( I think so anyhow) I used the rubber mounts for the top and bottom to keep everything tight.
