Getting ready to start it up today!! If the weather will cooperate.
1972 GMC long fleet 2wd
1971 Chevy 4 bolt 350, .10 bore, 9.5-1 flat top pistons w/moly rings, double roller chain, ARP moly rod bolts, bronze guides, Z-28 springs, cam 214 intake 224 exh .50, 443 & 465 lift with lobe center 107 -117 at 112 degree, Weiand Stealth manifold, Carter carb, Flow Tech Ceramic coated headers, GM HP HEI ignition, Taylor custom wires, mini starter, GM Performance Parts valve covers, air cleaner and serpentine belt system, three row radiator w/overflow, dual electric fans and ac from Old Air Products, wiring from MAD Electronics ( only partially done for start up) GM Performance Parts 700r4, TV Cable system from Bowtie Overdrive, Lokar shift linkage, dual exhaust from summit. And Countless hours spent on this web site researching and learning from the many knowledgeable people who share the love of old trucks as much as I do.

One question I have never had an air-conditioned truck of this vintage and I noticed that trucks with air seem to route their heater hoses to the manifold and radiator is this the proper setup or is it optional?
