Identify a horn button please

Hey all,

I am trying to identify what this is from, not even sure if it from a truck or not. Any help is appreciated. Numbers from the inside - 3899098

Is it possible it has come off a larger truck like a semi?

Re: Identify a horn button please

Not sure of it's origin, and I will grab the numbers from the inside and post them as well as search. I spent about an hour online last night looking throughout the web for pictures or other reference info, and found nothing, not even another picture. I got it off ebay and the guy siad he had no idea what it was from either. From what I found online, it seems to fit the early 40's style of button, and Kim you might be right, I had not thought of larger trucks.. I'll keep on digging. It does seems to fit very nicely in my 68 steering wheel, which I why I got it. (for my shop truck project). thanks for the reply's and suggestions.

Drew

It may well be bigbolt. Go over to stovebolt.com and ask. I was thinking 40's as well. It just has that style
