1958 Apache 3100 rims

Trying to find the correct rims for a 1958 Chevy Apache 3100. What year trucks had the same rims or where can I buy them new.

Re: 1958 Apache 3100 rims

Stock rims are six lug and all the '55-'59 half tons (ill assume that's what you're talking about?) have the same pattern and it extends through the 60-66's I believe. Possibly to the '67-72's but I'm not sure.

If you're staying with stock rims they aren't in that high I demand and you should be able to find them on Craigslist. But if you want new all the aftermarket places like Wheelsmith, etc have them.

Re: 1958 Apache 3100 rims

Might want to think about one other "issue". The later years in the series may have used a different mechanism to allow the hubcap to snap on to the rim. The "correct" rims for a 1958 would have little spring clips riveted to the rim. A rim from the late 60's early 70's may not have the spring clip on it. FYI

$89 a piece here for 7" or 8":

There are lots of places, this is just one.

EDIT: Oops, I just realized they list only reproduction Rally wheels and reproduction Artilleries. Both look great with beauty rings and dog dish center caps in my opinion but neither is a stock replacement.
