Coil-Over set up for 67 C-10 with big block and Mustang II suspension

What spring rates do I need for a 1967 C-10 step-side with a 396 automatic and a Mustang II front suspension? I have QA1 coil overs in the rear with a 300lb spring and someone said that will be too stiff. I do not have the coil overs in the front set up yet.

I went with 650 lb front springs on my '67 step side, but I'm running an all-aluminum LS1.
Call QA1 and talk to them, they have excellent customer service, and helped me decide on the correct ones for my build.

Talking to the manufacturers is great advice. And for all those hours when they aren't open you can read this thread for more insight on "Making it Handle".
