vent window fitment problem

Has anyone installed a aftermarket vent window in a aftermarket door? I am trying to get mine in and it does not fit at all. Need some help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've never installed an aftermarket vent window but I know it was a pain installing all the nice original parts back into an aftermarket door on my last build.

Bump for responses from someone who's done this.

Maybe you can post pictures and we can figure out an option (enlarging holes/bending the bracket at the bottom, etc...
