Door trim mount hardware question

My '70 C20 door trim (bottom) uses two types of mount hardware. Each end uses threaded type with nut and the other four are snap fit type. The snap type are not reusable so I wish to replace, but wanted some advise on which type to use. I can get the eom style or there are also a stick-on type and was wondering if anyone has an opinion on these? Thanks

Re: Door trim mount hardware question

OEM clip style work the best. If you use the stick on type, make sure to use 3M outdoor double sided tape. It is thinner and stronger than the adhesive strip that comes on them, and will adhere closer to the body. Nothing beats the metal clip on style IMO though
