1960-61 sail panels and back of cab trim removal?

I've found a 60 Chevy locally that guy is going to part out and it has the sail panels and the piece of trim that goes under the back window...I'm usually a 67-72 guy and was wondering what all is needed and how do you remove without tearing up? Any help would be greatly appreciated

the sail panels are held in w/4 phillips screws and the cab trim has 7 clips that press in like most side trim. you may be able to access the back of the back cab trim clips from inside if the tank is removed. its fairly easy

Re: 1960-61 sail panels and back of cab trim removal?

The rear edge of the sail panels are secured by sliding forward slightly into a hidden retainer which is screwed to the side of the cab. This retainer will not be visible until the two exposed screws at the front edge of the panel and one screw at the rear wrap around are removed and the sail trim is pulled outward (only in front) and then pushed rearward, releasing it from the cab. With the trim panel off, the hidden retainer can be removed easily.
