Interior for a '72

Does anyone know a way, a kit, anything to maybe put some sort of interior on the back wall of the cab? I'm taking the tank out and I've insulated the floor and firewall, just wondering if anyone knows of any thing for the back of the cab. Thanks for the help.

Should be easy to cut carpet (hopefully matches the floor carpet) and use a 3M spray adhesive to attach it to the back wall of the cab. I know that's how older Toyota pickups were done.
