I also just noticed in your sig about the Edelbrock MPFI. How do you like their set-up? What size motor? Specs?

Hey SCOTI
The wheels are 8" on front with a 5.25 b/s
rears are 10" with a 4" b/s.
It has a narrowed 9" F@rd to get that b/s to work.
As far as the Edlebrock MPFI it's not my first choice for fuel injection but the price was right. So far, I'm very happy with it. Time will tell though.
It still hasn't made it's maiden voyage yet!

Oh yeah, I forgot about the rear end being swapped. I thought your rear wheels looked like they had alot less backspacing than mine. Our fronts are the same dimensions.

I've been thinking about that FI set-up for my 408. It sure would be nice to have something run consistent in cold (ok, cool) weather. Every other day it seems my 74's rochester is washing down the cylinder walls quite effectively. But it's fine some days in between. I just would like to avoid the issue w/my 68's new motor.

truck looks bad ass-i especially like the color-what shade is that-the wheels look cool too.how much did the fuel injection set up run ya-i know a guy in vegas who has edelbrock fuel injection in his 56 1/2 ton chevy with a 408-f'n fast truck let me tell ya.im also curious what kind of mileage you can expect,power,etc etc.im thinking of converting to fuel injection in my truck but i want to know if it would be of benefit to me to use aftermarket or piece together a factory one and then have to pay big bucks for the brain for it and a chip,etc etc

Yet another reason im going with the 18/20 combo. Just looks utterly KILLER on our trucks. 20's tuck soooo nice in the rear.

Your truck is looking so sweet. It still retains the classic look on the outside with tons of mods to keep everyone drooling.

Sweet truck!!!!!!!!!!!! Plain is good, stands out from the overdone ones. Colour looks similar to my Blazer. I thought I had picked something different, it seems to be coming up a lot now. I guess it was a good choice. Wheels look real good.

The truck is still factory silver. I will be repainting it in the spring.
Jury is still out on what color it will be, but silver will be the base color.
Nothing too flashy though.
